Full Job Description
We’re seeking individuals with four years of experience in software design, development, and maintenance, preferably with three years of CRM experience aligned with the duties and responsibilities outlined. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development is a requirement. Additionally, candidates should have experience in at least one of the following areas: Dynamics 365 Plugin Development (C#/.NET), JavaScript, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), PowerBI, D365 Software Development Kit (SDK)/.NET development, Microsoft Office Groups, Azure Machine Learning, Power Automate, Kingswaysoft, Logic Applications, enterprise Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), and/or third-party/Independent Software Vendor (ISV) products.
Basic PC and keyboard/mouse skills are required, along with a working knowledge of software packages such as Power BI, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Explorer, Microsoft Office, Visio, and other corporate-supported applications. Familiarity with CRM systems is also necessary.
Responsibilities include developing, implementing, installing, testing, and maintaining high-performance, enterprise-quality software applications and integrations to meet business and user needs. This role also involves driving business strategy and marketing content for CRM, guiding project-related activities, analyzing user trends and proposing solutions, leading cross-functional teams and vendors, providing mentorship to CRM technical staff, and educating and training end users on CRM tools and sales processes.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent, or two years of formal education from a technical school, college, or certification program in computer science, computer information systems, or computer systems engineering combined with four years of experience in software development and maintenance.
Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per year
